Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and organized working environment, and company provided vehicle.
Perform Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of AV systems.
Attend internal and project specific meetings as needed.
Keep detailed project notes and provide status updates to internal operations team or clients as required.
Assist/develop project close outs consisting of As-built and customer facing “user guides” and or training videos.
Training of end users on use of project specific AV equipment.
Qualifications:
Requested Experience: Should have 2+ years of Residential AV system Installation
Basic understanding of IT Networking common practices and their application in AV systems.
Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software used for configuration.
Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, line drawings and specifications.
Proficient knowledge in installation of common AV devices per industry standards and codes.
Working knowledge of troubleshooting AV systems.
A complete set of industry standard hand tools.
Any certification from an AV control system manufacture such as Crestron, Lutron, Extron, or Control 4 are not a requirement but considered a plus.
Ability to configure one or more AV control systems such as Crestron, Lutron, Extron, or Control 4 are not a requirement but a plus.
CTS, CTS-I/D is not a requirement but considered a plus.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Requirements:
Must pass criminal background check.
Clean MVR.
Valid Georgia License.
Reliable transportation.
Must have basic tools.

Responsibilities:
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, answering the phone calls, documenting incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail and providing clerical support as requested
In addition, the Receptionist prepares prepares monthly statements for mailing, assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned, and may assist with completing appropriate paperwork for new admissions during shifts, as well as maintain the Receptionist schedule and serve as back up when needed
Follow the facility guest relations program when greeting and assisting all visitors
Answer and disseminate all incoming calls on the switchboard in a professional and courteous manner within three rings
Utilize the paging system to announce callers as required
Ensure an adequate quantity of office supplies
Process all outgoing and incoming mail
If requested, provide assistance to clients and employees, such as assisting with changes, obtaining manuals, sharing client documents with on-site technicians
Maintain confidentiality of facility employees and client information
Qualifications:
Experience: Two (2) years’ experience handling a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a high-end customer service environment
Additional Requirements: May be required to work flexible hours
Successful candidate will poses positive personality, and maintain positive attitude in high paced work environment
